Acceptable use policy

These rules protect SiteHub users, organization data, service availability, and the integrity of material and compliance records.

Effective date: Sep 17, 2026. This owner-authored policy should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before contractual reliance.

1. Authorized use

Use SiteHub only for legitimate organizational activities and within the roles and project scopes assigned to you.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Accessing another organization, project, account, or record without authorization.
  • Uploading unlawful, malicious, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Misrepresenting material condition, ownership, certification, waste status, financial outcomes, or environmental outcomes.
  • Circumventing approvals, access controls, audit history, usage limits, or security measures.
  • Introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or disrupting service availability.
  • Using automated tools to extract data or overload the service without written permission.

3. Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, unnecessary special-category information, or unrelated confidential information. Limit personal information in photographs, documents, comments, and AI prompts to what the workflow requires.

4. Material and waste information

Records must not be used to conceal unlawful disposal, false classification, unsafe reuse, missing permits, or unsupported environmental claims. Users remain responsible for checking applicable duties before approving an outcome.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary. Serious activity may be reported to the relevant organization or competent authority where legally permitted or required.
