TradeMyExcess SiteHub policy
Cookie notice
SiteHub uses essential browser storage to keep accounts secure, remember preferences, and support offline work.
Effective date: Sep 17, 2026. This owner-authored policy should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before contractual reliance.
1. Essential storage
Authentication and security information is used to maintain a signed-in session and protect access to organization data. This storage is necessary for the service to operate.
2. Preference storage
SiteHub stores accessibility choices on your device, including text size, contrast, reduced motion, link styling, readable font, target sizing, and focus preferences. You can change or reset these choices from Accessibility settings.
3. Offline storage
The installed app may cache interface files and queue supported field records on the device until a connection is available. Signing out and clearing browser site data may remove locally stored information.
4. Analytics and advertising
This notice does not confirm the use of non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If those technologies are introduced, SiteHub should request any consent required by law before they operate and update this notice.
5. Managing storage
Browser settings can block or remove cookies and site data. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, offline capture, or saved accessibility preferences from working.
